Dr. Katarzyna Miksza provides legal advice in international private law matters, including but not limited to international family law (e.g. in divorce cases, when one of the spouse lives abroad or one of the spouse is foreign national and also property relations between them), inheritance, adoption cases, disputes concerning the return of the child, who has been unlawfully removed and recognition cases of foreign judgments and arbitration awards.
Lawyer is also interested in scientific activity. Dr Katarzyna Miksza has written various publications related with her areas of activity, also lawyer presents reports in national and international scientific events. From 2010 Dr Katarzyna Miksza is lecturer of Mykolas Romeris university.
