Dr Rūta Lazauskaitė provides advice on issues connected with contracts, intellectual property, competition, IT, company law, protection of personal data and civil process. Knowledge in these areas Dr Rūta Lazauskaitė has improved at university of Leibniz, where she got double (Germany and Norway) master of law. In 2012 attorney defended dissertation ‘Contractual liability limitations that depend on the will of the parties’.
Attorney is also interested in scientific activity. Dr Rūta Lazauskaitė has written various publications related with her areas of activity – The Doctrine of Laesio Enormis in Lithuanian Contract Law, The doctrine of subordination of shareholder loans as safeguard of creditors’ rights and its development in Lithuania. Academic activity (from 2008 Dr Rūta Lazauskaitė is lector at M. Romeris university and at this moment she is leader of IT and technology law studies program) allows to show attorney organization and coordination skills.
