Law Firm Juridicon became a member of international lawyers' network AEA. The AEA is an international network of offices situated all over the world. The AEA covers all the 193 countries that are in the United Nations plus Taiwan, Kosovo and Palestine. No other lawyers' network covers so many countries. 

Managing partner of Law Firm Juridicon Laimonas Marcinkevičius says that since the time of establishment, Juridicon are providing legal services, tax consultations and companies' management services in different jurisdictions. The clients' demands of international business are dynamic, so there is not enough to co-operate only with European law firms, clients need legal services and tax consultations services even in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and in many other countries.

For example, if client is company incorporated in Lithuania and providing its services abroad, having customers both residents and non-residents, services are provided by both employees of client and its contractors, also, terms and conditions of these services are various. Consequently, in accordance with taxation requirements of foreign jurisdiction, client needs estimation of risks for provision of its services and legal requirements where would be covered such questions as permanent residence, the necessity to register a permanent residence, the selection of the legal form and so on.
