Experience
- We represented an Irish company in receiving a debt from a Lithuanian debtor (a company) – to date, approximately one half of the debt has been repaid to the Irish company.
- We represented a client in a case concerning award of alimony and drafted a counterclaim concerning establishment of the child’s place of residence.
- We assisted a client in drafting an appeal concerning reduction of a LTL 20,000 fine imposed for illegally employing two individuals.
- We drafted a request for Snoras creditors concerning extension of the deadline for presenting creditor claims, supplementation of the creditor list and approval of creditor claims.
- We assisted a news website in drafting responses to counterarguments and explanations for the inspector of journalist ethics.
- We represented a client in the court of appeal in connection with replacement of the bankruptcy administrator.
