Our attorney at law participated in Business Mission India 2017 (Delhi)

The lawyer of the law firm JURIDICON dr. Laimonas Marcinkevičius participated in Business Mission India 2017 organized by the international association of independent law firms Warwick Legal Network (WLN) and the law firm India Law Offices in India.

On 12-16 February 2017, the mission offered commercial opportunities in the fields of international joint venture, company mergers and acquisitions (M & A) as well as direct foreign investments and company development opportunities.

B2B sessions and meetings with Indian companies, looking for joint activity partners and aiming at cooperation with foreign investors, were organized during the mission. Mission members – international companies, which are engaged in infrastructure and construction, IT, engineering, vehicle spare parts and furniture manufacturing, industrial and chemical product trading, and banks.
